Safety and captain’s authority
The captain has final authority over departure, route, fishing grounds, onboard conduct, and early return when required for safety, weather, mechanical, legal, or operational reasons.
Guest responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and party information
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Supervise children at all times
- Follow life-jacket and safety instructions
- Do not smoke onboard
- Drink alcohol responsibly
- Disclose accessibility or assistance needs before booking
Fishing and wildlife
Fishing results are never guaranteed. Legal catch may be kept, cleaned, and bagged. Catch-and-release is allowed when guests notify the crew. Regulations and captain instructions control what may be retained.
Third-party services
Maps, payment services, booking widgets, and third-party marketplaces operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
