Conditions and trip changes
Weather and sea conditions can change. The captain may delay, change, shorten, or cancel a trip when reasonably required for safety or port restrictions.
Guest health and conduct
Guests are responsible for determining whether they can safely participate and for following all crew instructions. Tell us before booking about mobility limitations, medical concerns, or assistance needs so accessibility can be discussed.
Children and life jackets
Children are welcome and must be supervised by an adult. Life jackets are supplied and must be worn whenever the captain or crew requires them.
Fishing equipment
Hooks, lines, fish, decks, ladders, and moving vessels can cause injury. Use equipment only as instructed and keep clear of active fishing operations when asked.
