Permission and submitted photos
Guests who voluntarily pose for or submit trip photos may grant permission for reasonable promotional use by the operator, subject to any agreement made at the time. We will honor valid removal requests from an identifiable person or authorized guardian.
Children
A parent or legal guardian should authorize promotional use of an identifiable child’s image.
Removal requests
Send the image location and identifying details to reservations@rockypointadventures.com. We will review and address valid requests within a reasonable time.
